These rights include, in particular, your right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability. However, it is agreed that the exercise of your rights will be analyzed in light of our security obligations and the legal provisions governing, in particular, the storage of patient files. Where necessary, we also remind you that you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Commission for Data Protection (www.cnpd.lu).
